Our shipping policy is as follows:
- We offer free standard shipping on all coffee orders over £30 within the United Kingdom.
- For orders under £30, we offer the following shipping options:
- Royal Mail 48H TRACKED (premium service) for £2.25
- Royal Mail 24H TRACKED (premium service) for £3.25
- We also offer a one DPD hour delivery service for £5.50. Please note that this service is only available in certain areas.
Additional DPD delivery options are: - Some non-mainland UK addresses may incur an extra charge.
- If you order 1 x 250g or 2 x 250g of coffee, your parcel should fit through your letter box.

For non coffee products such as mugs, tote bags and hoodies:
We use Royal Mail’s 48 and Tracked 48 service for Saver delivery.
Our saver delivery service costs just £2.00.
We aim to dispatch all saver deliveries within 2 working days.
This delivery normally takes 2 working days to arrive after posting. In exceptional circumstances it may take up to 5 working days.
Regarding the espresso coffee machine, you should be receiving it a week after placing the order.
