Coffee subscription FAQs
How much coffee do I need?
A 250g bag makes about 16 cups in a cafetière or filter, or about 13 double espressos. If you drink one cup a day, 250g every two weeks works well. If you drink two or more a day, 1kg a month is the better fit.
Which grind should I choose?
Choose whole beans if you grind at home or use a bean-to-cup machine. Pick Espresso for espresso machines, Filter for drip or batch brewers, Cafetière for a French press, and V60 for pour-over. V60 is available on Ant, Jojo, Komodo, Little Robot and Parrot.
Do you have a decaf subscription?
Yes. Hufflelump is our Swiss Water decaf from Brazil, with dark chocolate and nutty notes. You can subscribe to it like any other coffee.
Can I change my size, grind or delivery?
Yes, whenever you like. Log in to My Account, open Subscriptions and click View. Then click Upgrade or Downgrade next to your coffee, pick your new size, grind or delivery timing, and confirm.
Can I swap to a different coffee?
Of course. Get in touch and tell us which coffee you fancy, and we'll swap it before your next delivery.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Log in to My Account, open Subscriptions, click View and choose Cancel.
Do subscribers save money?
Yes. Every subscription delivery is 10% off the regular price of the bag.
Can I still buy a one-off bag?
Of course. Every coffee is also available as a single bag in our shop.
