Quick answer: We’re Jeremiah and Raja — twin brothers who’ve spent years on both sides of the wholesale coffee relationship. We used to run our own Farringdon coffee shop, so we know what a café actually needs from a supplier. Today, our beans are roasted in England and stocked in five-star London hotels including Trafalgar St James, where we also train the staff. Every wholesale relationship we start begins with a chat — no forms, no minimum commitments upfront. We figure out what your business needs, then go from there.

We’re twin brothers. Honestly, that’s not the marketing angle — it’s just the truth of where The Coffee Twins came from. We trained together in five-star hotels in food and beverage, then ran a coffee shop in Farringdon three years ago. That shop taught us more about wholesale coffee suppliers than any textbook could — because we were the customer, and we learned quickly what a good supplier does versus what a mediocre one does.
Today we’re on the other side. Our beans are roasted in England and supplied to cafés, hotels, restaurants, and offices across the UK. They’re also stocked in five-star London hotels including Trafalgar St James, where we train hotel staff on machine handling, coffee education, and latte art. Essentially, we built the wholesale side of our business around what we wished our suppliers had done for us when we were running the Farringdon shop.

What Farringdon Taught Us About Wholesale Coffee

Running a café is not what people think it is. In truth, the espresso machine is not the difficult part. Hiring baristas is not the difficult part either. The genuine difficulty is consistency — same cup on Tuesday morning, same cup on Sunday afternoon, same cup in February and August.
Three years ago in Farringdon, we learned that consistency comes from your supplier long before it reaches your barista. If your wholesale coffee suppliers ship stale beans, change bean profiles without warning, or run out of your regular blend during peak season, no amount of café-side effort can fix it.
What we wanted then
Three specific things:
- A supplier who actually cared whether our shop succeeded
- Also, someone who’d send us fresh coffee — not last month’s stock
- Most importantly, a real person we could ring when something needed fixing
Most of the wholesale coffee suppliers we tried didn’t offer that. Meanwhile, some had rigid terms that made scaling awkward. Others treated us like a spreadsheet entry. Ultimately, they didn’t understand that a café’s problems change week to week — busy Saturdays, quiet Mondays, and the sudden panic when your grinder breaks at 7am.
What we built instead
So when we started supplying beans as The Coffee Twins, we built the relationship we wished we’d had. Firstly, that means treating each wholesale conversation like it matters — because it does. It also means understanding your business before proposing terms. Ultimately, it means being the supplier who picks up the phone.

How We Do Wholesale Coffee Differently

Above all, one principle guides everything we do on the wholesale side: every wholesale relationship starts with a chat — no forms, no minimum commitments upfront. We figure out what you need and go from there.
Why we work this way
No two businesses have identical coffee needs. A boutique hotel needs different things from a five-a-week office. A busy independent café needs different things from an events caterer. So a “one wholesale package fits all” approach makes no sense to us.
The conversation-first approach
When you enquire, we talk. Above all, we ask about your business — what you serve, who your customers are, how you like to work, what’s frustrated you about previous suppliers. Furthermore, we tell you about our beans, how they’re roasted, and what we could realistically offer. Above all, we propose terms only after we understand each other.
Some suppliers might see this as inefficient. However, we see it as the difference between a supplier relationship that lasts three months and one that lasts three years.
What actually makes our beans different
Our coffee is roasted in England to speciality standards. Furthermore, according to the Specialty Coffee Association, speciality coffee scores 80+ on a 100-point scale — a genuine step above the commodity coffee that fills most cheap wholesale contracts. Our beans are roasted to order and dispatched within 24 hours, so freshness reaches your business the way it should.
According to the National Coffee Association, coffee tastes best in the first four weeks after roasting. Because our beans are roasted to order rather than warehoused, your customers taste the coffee at its peak — not months into its shelf life.

Wholesale Coffee for Independent Cafés

We know cafés because we ran one. The Farringdon cafe taught us what independent café owners actually worry about — margins, consistency, staff turnover, and never running out of the right coffee when the queue is out the door.
What we bring to café supply
Because we understand the day-to-day of running a shop, our café clients get more than just beans. We can talk about which blends work in different equipment and we can advise on grind settings, extraction ratios, and the tiny adjustments that turn a good coffee into a memorable one. Furthermore, we can support your team with training if you want — the same training we give to hotel staff at Trafalgar St James.
The realities of café coffee we understand
We’ve stood behind the espresso machine on a busy weekday. Furthermore, we’ve had a supplier email us that our regular blend is out of stock two days before Christmas week. But what matters most is, we’ve watched a regular customer taste the difference between a Monday cup and a Wednesday cup and known exactly why.
So when we supply cafés now, we work to make sure our clients never face those problems. Because we’ve been there.
What café clients typically want from us
- A house blend they can build their identity around
- Furthermore, one or two rotating options for regulars who want variety
- Above all, reliable delivery that doesn’t leave them scrambling
- Someone who picks up the phone when the grinder settings need adjusting
- Furthermore, training support for new baristas

Coffee Supply for Hotels and Restaurants

The Coffee Twins enjoying a cup of Bobo Medium Roast Coffee – smooth and balanced.
Hotels are different from cafés. Above all, the coffee is part of a broader hospitality standard — breakfast service, room service, restaurant, bar. Furthermore, hotel guests judge the whole property on details, and coffee is one of the most visible details. So the beans have to be right, and the staff has to know how to use them.
Our five-star hotel experience
We understand this segment because we work in it. Our beans are stocked in five-star London hotels including Trafalgar St James. Furthermore, we don’t just deliver bags — we go in and train the staff. Machine handling, coffee education, latte art. Because the beans are only as good as the person making the cup.
Our own background is five-star hotel food and beverage service. So we understand what hospitality service actually demands: speed under pressure, consistency across shifts, presentation that matches the tier of the property, and staff who feel confident behind the machine.
What hospitality clients typically want from us
- Bean profiles that suit their brand tier and menu
- Furthermore, staff training that lifts their whole beverage service
- Above all, reliable supply across multiple service periods
- Bespoke house blends where they want something signature
- Furthermore, someone who understands what “five-star” actually means in operational terms
Why hotels stay with us
Because we treat the relationship as a partnership. Above all, we don’t disappear once the first order is delivered. We check in, refresh training when new staff join, and adjust as the property’s needs change. Above all, we bring the same care to a boutique hotel that we bring to Trafalgar St James.

Wholesale Coffee for Offices and Workplaces

Offices have finally figured out that decent coffee affects team culture. Gone are the days of pod machines and instant coffee in workplaces that take their people seriously. A good bean-to-cup machine loaded with speciality coffee genuinely changes how a workplace feels.
What offices typically need
Most offices use bean-to-cup machines — Jura, Sage, DeLonghi commercial models. This changes what beans work best. We’ve written about this in detail in our Best Coffee Beans for Bean-to-Cup Machines guide. So the supplier you choose needs to understand this equipment reality, not just push whatever’s on their shelf.
How we work with offices
We supply blends specifically suited to bean-to-cup performance. The offering can be adjusted based on your team’s coffee habits — some workplaces want everyday balanced blends, others want variety to keep things interesting. Delivery frequency is set up to suit your consumption pattern, so you’re not overstocked or running dry.
Why our office clients stay
Because we treat offices with the same care as hotels and cafés, we understand that a facilities manager doesn’t want to think about coffee — they want it to just work. Above all, we make it just work.

What Working With Us Actually Looks Like
Here’s what happens when you enquire about wholesale supply with The Coffee Twins:
Step 1: We talk
You get in touch through our wholesale page. We respond personally — this isn’t a form-based system. Then we set up a conversation to understand your business.
Step 2: We send samples
Because you shouldn’t commit to anything without tasting the coffee first, we send samples suited to what you’ve told us about your setup. Each one comes with tasting notes and brewing suggestions.
Step 3: We propose terms that fit your business
Only after we understand your operation do we propose commercial terms. Those terms are shaped by your business — not a rigid template we apply to everyone. From the start, we’re transparent about pricing and delivery.
Step 4: We start small and build
Your first order tests the operational relationship. Rather than pretend we can be your dream supplier from day one, we’d rather build trust with a smaller starting order. Most of our clients scale up their orders once they see we deliver on our promises
Step 5: We stay involved
A wholesale coffee relationship isn’t a one-off transaction. So we check in regularly, refresh training when needed, and adjust the offering as your business evolves. Simply put, we’re the supplier that treats you like a partner, not a purchase order.

What makes The Coffee Twins different from other wholesale coffee suppliers?
We’ve been on both sides of the wholesale relationship — as café owners buying from suppliers, and now as suppliers ourselves. So we built our wholesale offer around treating each relationship personally, from the first conversation onwards.
Do you supply outside London?
