Coffee Origin - Guatemala
Guatemalan coffee is often rich in medium to full body coffee. Due to the high humidity and rainfall, farmers prefer to use the washing method, which is very suitable for the natural acidity of their coffee.
Coffee Origin - Brazil
The world's largest and probably the most famous coffee producer. Brazil has a population of more than 200 million and has 5 million people in the coffee industry.
Most coffee is processed using natural and pulp natural methods, and the harvest period is between May and October.
Brazil’s coffee is hand-picked, but also machine-picked. Approximately 75% Arabica coffee and 25% Robusta coffee. Most varieties are Bourbon, Typica, Caturra, Catuai and Mundo Novo.
Brazilian coffee is usually mild, balanced, low acidity, sweet and nutty.
