Coffee Origin - Brazil
The world's largest and probably the most famous coffee producer. Brazil has a population of more than 200 million and has 5 million people in the coffee industry. Most coffee is processed using natural and pulp natural methods, and the harvest period is between May and October. Brazil’s coffee is hand-picked, but also machine-picked. Approximately 75% Arabica coffee and 25% Robusta coffee. Most varieties are Bourbon, Typica, Caturra, Catuai and Mundo Novo. Brazilian coffee is usually mild, balanced, low acidity, sweet and nutty.
